
Before class
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before class, to allow yourself time to park, sign in and acclimatize yourself. If you are late, you disturb the class.
- Don't eat anything heavy 2-3 hours before class begins.
- Please bring slippers or flip-flops. Leave your shoes in the dressing room, wear slippers to class and do the exercises in bare feet.
- Turn off your mobile phone and any other electronic devices that may disturb the class.
- Avoid using strong perfumes or deodorants before class.
- If there is any change or particularity about your physical condition (injury, illness, pregnancy), please inform the instructor.
- After you enter the classroom, remain quiet, to help your concentration.
