To Kids
During our kids yoga classes, children learn the yoga poses through fairy tales, in a playful way. The goal is to promote positive character development in the context of the child's age.
Preschool Yoga
Recommended for kids 3-7. During a playful yoga class designed with attention to the age characteristics and demands of the preschool age group, the kids crawl, jump, roll, rest, breathe, and smile. The class develops emotional intelligence, correct movement coordination, physical shape, correct breathing and concentration.
Elementary Yoga
Recommended for kids 7-12. At school, all kids are required to meet the demands, at the same time. Opportunities for exercise are limited at school, since the main task is for the child to sit for 45 minutes and concentrate in class. The solution: positive character development using exercise as a tool. At kids' yoga classes, with the help of poses, concentration is increased, tension is reduced, movement is developed and perception improves. Kids learn correct breathing, posture, while their individual characteristics are taken into account.
Teenage Yoga
Recommended for ages 12-18. In today's civilized world, where expectations can be beyond the starry sky, we can't keep the pace if we're not appropriately conscious. Yoga helps sharpen consciousness. In this particularly exciting stage of life, yoga poses can give this a big boost: helping find the path to our selves.
Interactive kids yoga afternoons
Recommended for kids 5-18. (Smaller kids can come if accompanied by an older sibling.) On weekend afternoons, kids paint mandalas, do yoga, play spiritual games and prepare healthy snacks together. They learn games that strengthen their self-confidence. They get an opportunity to dig deeper into the history of yoga. The goal is complex movement development, teaching a healthy lifestyle and recognizing environmentally conscious thinking.
